Common Skin Concerns

Skin concerns can develop gradually and may affect confidence over time. A consultation is the first step to understanding your concerns, assessing suitability, and discussing whether PRP, microneedling, or supportive adjunct treatments may be appropriate as part of your personalised skin treatment plan.

Acne Scarring

PRP may support the skin's natural repair processes and collagen production, helping to improve overall skin texture and reduce the appearance of acne scars over time.

Fine Lines & Early Signs of Ageing

PRP may stimulate collagen and elastin production, helping to improve skin firmness, texture, hydration and the appearance of fine lines.

Dull or Tired-Looking Skin

PRP may enhance skin rejuvenation by supporting cellular renewal, helping to improve skin radiance, luminosity and overall skin quality.

Dark Circles / Under-Eye Concerns

PRP may help improve skin quality and support collagen production in the delicate under-eye area, reducing the appearance of tired-looking eyes and improving overall skin texture.

Uneven Skin Tone & Pigmentation

PRP may support skin renewal and collagen production, helping to improve overall skin clarity, brightness and a more even-looking complexion.

THE TREATMENT

Skin Treatment Options

At Plasmique, skin treatments are tailored to your individual skin concerns, goals and suitability. During consultation, we discuss whether PRP, microneedling, or a combination approach may be appropriate to support skin texture, tone, collagen activity and overall skin quality.

PRP SKIN REJUVENATION

PRP uses platelet-rich plasma prepared from your own blood. It is injected into targeted areas of the skin to support collagen activity, skin texture, hydration and overall skin quality. It may be suitable for concerns such as dullness, fine lines, early signs of ageing and uneven skin texture.

SKIN MICRONEEDLING

Microneedling creates controlled micro-channels in the skin surface to support natural skin renewal and texture refinement. It may assist with concerns such as acne scarring, enlarged pores, uneven texture, dull-looking skin and mild stretch marks. Treatment depth, areas and suitability are assessed during consultation.

COMBINED PRP + MICRONEEDLING

For some clients, PRP and microneedling may be combined in one treatment plan. PRP may be injected into targeted areas, while microneedling provides additional skin stimulation and surface support. This approach may be suitable for clients wanting overall skin rejuvenation, texture improvement and collagen support.

Depending on your consultation and suitability, your treatment plan may include PRP injections only, microneedling only, or both.
